1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by aladdin999 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Member", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aladdin999. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active account on aladdin999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, unless expressly permitted in writing by aladdin999.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of aladdin999 or any of its associated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You hold a single account only. Maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from aladdin999 or any other gambling operator.

aladdin999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, including forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where fraud is suspected.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on aladdin999 only. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials, including your username and password. aladdin999 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Currency

All accounts on aladdin999 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default for members registering from Malaysia. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the member.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

aladdin999 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are typically credited within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. aladdin999 targets fast payouts as part of its service commitment.
• You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• aladdin999 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all accounts and to request source-of-funds documentation where deemed necessary.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

aladdin999 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms which are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific Terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus structures — including using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or employing software-assisted betting strategies — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unutilised bonuses expire as per the timeline specified in the relevant promotion. aladdin999 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at management's discretion.
• Right to Withdraw: aladdin999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules & Sportsbook Conditions

The aladdin999 Sportsbook covers a wide range of sports markets including football (including the Malaysia Super League and EPL), tennis, basketball, cricket, UFC/MMA, and more. All sports betting is governed by the following rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform. A bet request does not constitute a confirmed bet until you receive an explicit confirmation via the Platform interface.
• In the event of an obvious error in the odds (a "palpable error"), aladdin999 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the original stake.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance windows and odds fluctuations. aladdin999 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at its sole discretion.
• Void bets (where a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or cancelled) will have the original stake returned to the member's account.
• aladdin999 applies standard industry rules for each sport. Sport-specific rules are available on the Sportsbook section of the Platform.

7. Casino & Slot Game Rules

aladdin999 offers a comprehensive selection of live casino games and online slots from certified game providers. All casino and slot games operate under the following conditions:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, ensuring fair and unpredictable results for every round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the hand or spin in progress may be void. aladdin999's decision on such matters is final.
• Game-specific rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable information, are available within each individual game interface.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payout. aladdin999 reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility checks prior to releasing large jackpot amounts.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings panel. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure automatic session timeout reminders to help manage your gaming time.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform can be initiated for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or place bets.

9. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aladdin999 Platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that seeks to unfairly manipulate the outcome of any event or game on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to aladdin999 immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards aladdin999 staff or other members via any communication channel.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

aladdin999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and regular security audits to protect your data. aladdin999 does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aladdin999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

aladdin999's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

aladdin999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• At the member's own written request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or the instructions of a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any required verification processes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which aladdin999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute, members are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

14. Amendments to These Terms

aladdin999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.
